Where do you ship?
Powersport Junkies offers free shipping within the United States, limited to the Lower 48 States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any international destinations at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Standard transit time is 2–3 business days once your order has shipped.
What is your cutoff time for orders?
Our daily cutoff time is 12 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
What is your handling time?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Most orders placed before the cutoff ship the same day.
What days do you deliver?
Standard delivery days are Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Some items may not be eligible due to size restrictions or hazardous material regulations.
Are there items you cannot ship?
Yes. Certain items cannot be shipped due to carrier and safety regulations, including:

Restricted items for APO/FPO delivery
If your order contains one of these items, we will contact you before processing.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

What is your return policy?
We offer 30‑day hassle‑free returns on most items. See our full Return Policy for details.
Do you offer free return shipping?
All returns include prepaid return labels, however, $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number. We will email you an RA#, return instructions, and a prepaid return label.
Are any items non‑returnable?
Yes. The following items cannot be returned:

Product and Ordering Information
Are your products new?
Yes. All items sold by Powersport Junkies are brand new and sourced from trusted manufacturers.
Do your products come with warranties?
Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product. See our warranty page here!
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
What if I received the wrong item?
If an incorrect item was sent, we will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one. No $9.99 charge will be taken out due to it being our fault. The customer must send us photos of what was sent and the part number recieved.
