- We craft all of our windshields using 1/4” polycarbonate because when it comes to side-by-side windshields, there’s no material that’s more reliable. Polycarbonate is lightweight yet super tough. - Get two windshields in one with a RZR XP Turbo Flip Down Windshield from SuperATV. Our flip down polycarbonate windshield acts as a full windshield when installed. Go from a full windshield to a half windshield in under a minute. Just unstrap then flip it down when you need a breeze. You can even easily remove the whole windshield when the weather's nice.
- You are in control and installation is as easy as can be. The hood brackets can be mounted by hand with a screwdriver (using an existing mounting point) and the rest of the installation can be done without tools! We use rugged Velcro straps designed for any weather conditions to attach the windshield to the frame, and to the hood when folded down. The folding hinge is designed to be lower than any rider's line of sight, so whether you have it flipped up or down, there's nothing blocking your view of the trail. Our windshield is precision cut to match the contour of your RZR XP Turbo hood and comes with enough gaskets to complete the seal around the edges. Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Our standard handling time is 0–1 business days. Order cutoff time is 12 PM PST Monday-Friday and orders placed after that will be shipped shipped next business day.
Transit Times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Transit times may vary slightly depending on the destination, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays. Delivery estimates apply only after the order has left our facility.

Powersport Junkies offers no‑hassle returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us, and our return process is designed to be simple, fair, and fast.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.

All original packaging, tags, hardware, and accessories must be included and intact.

Items showing wear, installation marks, damage, or improper use cannot be accepted.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 5 days after inspection.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and approved. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
To make an exchange, simply complete the return process and then place a new order for the item you want instead. This ensures the replacement item is reserved and ships quickly.
How to Start a Return
To request a Return Authorization (RA#), contact us at support@powersportjunkies.com. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return.

Print the prepaid label provided by us. A $9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund, and for oversize items additional fees may apply to help cover the increased cost of the shipping label.

Ship the item back within 7 days of the RA being issued as RA #'s are only valid for 7 days.
Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging. Place the item inside a proper shipping box. Using the manufacturer’s box as the shipping container will result in damage and the return may be rejected.
Be sure to keep your return tracking number. Powersport Junkies is not responsible for lost return shipments. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and refunded.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and ensure the issue is resolved quickly.
Dynojet Tuners
All dynojet tuners must be factory sealed to qualify for a return to ensure it has not been installed.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- All Tires cannot be returned.
Tires
Tires are non‑returnable once purchased. Because rubber compounds, storage conditions, and mounting attempts can’t be verified after delivery, all tire sales are considered final. This applies whether the tire has been mounted, unmounted, handled, or simply removed from its packaging. To ensure you get the correct fitment every time, our team is always available to help you confirm the right size and model before you order.
Open Box Items
Open Box items are sold as‑is and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. All Open Box purchases are final. These items may include minor cosmetic imperfections or missing non‑essential accessories, and pricing reflects this condition. By completing an Open Box purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
Order & Shipping Insurance
Every shipment includes insurance coverage if directly selected under the shipping address selection. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, insurance will cover a replacement at no cost to you. We handle the claim process directly so you don’t have to.
If a replacement is available, it will be shipped out as soon as possible. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, refunds are issued only after the insurance claim is fully settled.
